If you submit prompts or parameters to our AI Lab tools, please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information.

6. Service Providers & Cross-Border Transfers

We work with select third-party infrastructure providers to operate our business:

• Cloud Hosting & Telemetry: Our website is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. We utilize Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregated traffic trends and site speed. This service does not use persistent tracking cookies, does not collect personal identifiers, and preserves visitor privacy.
• Transactional Communications: Inquiries sent through our contact form are processed using Resend to deliver direct email communications.
• Postal & Courier Carriers: Shipping carriers (such as Canada Post, USPS, or regional couriers) receive your delivery address to transport physical packages.
• Embedded Video: Video tutorials embedded via YouTube are served using privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) where supported.
